- 2014-18 service Italian Army Four years that taught me what it means to never quit. Selected for intelligence services. I left when the values around me stopped matching mine, with no backup plan.
- 2018-21 sold Marishanti, co-founder Built an agri-tech startup from Sicily before Italy knew what CBD was. Product, brand, retail, all from scratch. Sold it to a Canadian multinational.
- 2021-22 consulting Accenture Song, digital PM Philip Morris, ABB, SAP. Names that felt out of reach. I said yes before I felt ready, and learned that opportunities go to people who do not wait.
- 500+ in production Cosmico, talent to CTO Joined from day zero. Talent, then Head of Product, then CTO. Built the product and the AI infrastructure behind a talent-matching platform now serving 500+ companies. MCP connectors, retrieval, memory, in production.
- 0→1 in progress Play New, co-founder and CTO My own venture, founded this year alongside the Cosmico work. An AI-first company: multi-agent platforms and operational intelligence, from idea to production.

A short, canned dramatization of what an eval actually measures. Runs in your browser, nothing phones home.
Example reliability check, canned. Q1: which SLA applies to the enterprise tier? The agent retrieves across two sources and answers, four-hour response, citing contract.pdf section 3.2, with provenance verified. Q2: what is the enterprise refund window? The wiki says 30 days, the CRM note says 14 days, the contract is silent, so the agent refuses: I do not know, the sources conflict. Repeated three times with the same verdict. Result: trustworthy on what it could prove, honest about the rest. Pass cubed.
