- before 2014 jobs Whatever came Sandwich griller, lifeguard, estate agent, worker in an egg hatchery. Small businesses, seen from the inside.
- 2014-18 service Italian Army Four years. Selected for intelligence services. I left when the values around me stopped matching mine, with no backup plan.
- 2018-21 sold Marishanti, co-founder An agri-tech startup in Sicily, before Italy knew what CBD was. Product, brand, retail, from scratch. Sold to a Canadian multinational.
- 2021-22 consulting Accenture Song, digital PM Philip Morris, ABB, SAP. I said yes before I felt ready.
- cosmico day zero Cosmico, talent to CTO Talent, then Head of Product, then CTO of the group. The product and the AI infrastructure behind a talent-matching platform used by 500+ companies.
- play new co-founder Play New, co-founder and CTO Part of the Cosmico group. We turn companies into intelligences: an ontology built from the company's own data, and agents that work on it.
- 2026 degree BSc Computer Science, OPIT After the jobs, not before.
How I work
how I work
- I split a problem until each piece is small enough to check.
- A result I can't reproduce doesn't count yet. I run it again.
- I ask for the source: of a model, of a report, of my own claims.
- I compete only with my own work from yesterday.
- The smallest unit is a pair. I work best next to someone who argues with me.
